For over twenty years, Joshua Melda has provided smart and progressive wealth management planning advice and guidance to business owners, professionals, executives, and families.  Josh believes in starting an advisory relationship by taking the time to deeply understand each client’s unique goals and situation.  Once he has gathered the appropriate information, Josh develops a comprehensive financial plan complete with specific action steps to implement the strategies.  He believes in proactive communication to ensure that clients stay informed of their financial plan, investment policy, tax reduction options, and progress toward their goals.  Josh also consults on the design, implementation, and review of retirement plans for businesses such as 401(k)’s, 403(b)’s, SEP’s, SIMPLE’s, profit sharing, and cash balance pension plan strategies.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Cleveland State University.  He attended the prestigious Cannon Financial Institute’s Wealth Management University and Trust School where he gained extensive knowledge in wealth planning strategies and advanced estate, trust, and tax planning skills.  Josh earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) Professional certification through The College for Financial Planning.  To stay current with the most progressive wealth management, investment concepts, protection planning, wealth transfer and preservation ideas, business retirement plan designs, and tax reduction strategies; Josh regularly attends conferences such as Schwab IMPACT, CFP, and CPA seminars resulting in over thirty hours of yearly continuing education.

Devoted to reducing financial topics to children, Josh is a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland.  He is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys competing in triathlons.  Josh resides in Fairview Park, Ohio with his wife, Wendy, their three children – Madelynn, Emma, and Logan, and their labrador retriever named Minnie.
